The St. Johann im Pongau train station is nearby – we offer a complimentary free transfer to the hotel upon request. Plus your guest card allows you to use all public transportation in the Salzburg region free of charge starting on the day of your arrival. Simply let us know if you’d like to take advantage of the pick-up service or the public transport offer – we’ll take care of the rest.

The Sonnhof pampering culinary begins on the day of arrival with the afternoon snack. We guarantee room check-in from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11 am. Subject to availability and advance booking, you can still use the Cocoon Spa until 16.00. The fee is Euro 25,- per person.
We ask you to send us in advance your data (name, address, date of birth) and the data of your fellow travelers. This will greatly facilitate the check-in on site.

Your payment can also be charged to the credit card (VISA, Mastercard). For this we need the credit card number, name of the cardholder, expiration date of the card.
In case of cancellation within the cancellation period, we will immediately transfer the amount back to your account.
*except for bookings for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Carnival. For bookings in these periods we ask for a deposit in the amount of the total amount until four weeks before arrival.
For your four-legged companion we charge € 30 per night without food. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness area (PLUS garden). There are also beautiful dog walking trails in the area.
Book more offers to extend their vacation with us. Please note that the offers do not include room use. The following additional bookings can be made directly at the reception on request:
Do you have a voucher or would you like to redeem your collected Sonnhof “Pillow”? Please give us the voucher number already with your reservation. You then hand in the original at the reception when you check in.
Print the voucher of your collected Sonnhof “Pillow” in the regular guest area or let us know when you book and we will do it for you.
The city tax is from 16 years € 2,50 per person per night. This will be shown separately on your bill.
You can park your car free of charge in our parking lot directly at the hotel. We offer you an underground parking space for € 8 per day in the Oberforsthof underground car park (directly opposite). In the underground car park there is also an e-charging station for your e-car. We offer one e charging for € 30,00.
A lot can happen between now and the start of a trip: The cancellation protection of the european travel insurance covers you before your trip if you have to cancel unexpectedly and provides protection if you have to leave the trip early.

It is our concern that you feel at home with us. Feel free to let us know your dietary philosophy, plans or intolerances in advance. Our kitchen team will be happy to cater to your wishes – and you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute.
Changing rooms is not a problem and does not require much effort. We will bring your luggage to your new room in the morning. You can freely plan and enjoy your vacation day. The new room cards will be ready for collection at the reception from the afternoon.
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, with EC-Card, Mastercard or VISA on site.
